Last week, TriMob was the first to launch eSIM in Ukraine, and now announced another Ukrainian mobile operator's life cell support for this standard.
The corresponding message appeared on the operator's facebook page:
"Life cell is always one step ahead and this is not a blank conversation … But enough mysteries! We started to support the latest SIM card standard – eSIM. The card built into the smartphone has already become the standard for flagship smartphones of the biggest brands. So hurry to pre-order the eSIM service on the life cell website, because the future is already here. ”
You can pre-order the lifecell eSIM boot package with the following link. The package price is 150 UAH, the full amount will be available in the card's bonus account.
To use eSIM, you must ensure that the subscriber device supports eSIM (for example, Apple iPhone XS, XR, XS MAX, 11, 11 PRO, 11 PRO MAX; Google Pixel 2, 3, 4 ; Apple iPad 3rd generation, iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini 5). After that, you should buy the "lifecell eSIM" starter pack and scan the QR code from the coupon contained in the starter pack. To install and activate eSIM, you must have an Internet connection.
Remember that eSIM (Embedded SIM) is an electronic SIM card that allows you to register on the network and connect to a customs plan without having to use a physical SIM card, eliminating the need for the other for a dual SIM card or the only other SIM card in other cases.
