He may not be "elite", as the old MEME goes, but even at 34 years, Flacco is probably the worst a top 20 QB. After losing his job in Baltimore (due to injury), coming to Denver, Flacco can play with the chip on the shoulder, as he did in 2012 for the Ravens. We will see.
