Both the management report and the annual report and consolidated accounts for 2017 were approved by the meeting. Shareholders were granted discharge to the Board and Executive Board for 2017 and the remaining profit of CHF 89.3 million was transferred to the new account. The proposed distribution from capital injection and the distribution from reserves from capital contributions of CHF 1.50 per registered share was approved. The payment will take place on May 3, 2018.
All Board members have been re-elected and re-elected for one year's mandate to the General Assembly in 2019.
