Daniel Kindberg is prosecuted crimes, including for gross accounting violation and gross negligence against the principal in two cases. He denies the crime as well as the two co-defendants.
Co-defendant is an entrepreneur in Ångermanland and an employee of the construction company Peab, who is suspected to have been involved in the handling of invoices and payments which, according to the prosecutor, are not based on construction work that was actually carried out.
The trial is scheduled to last for less than two weeks for one month.
