Luke Walton is sentenced by a sports rep that says the NBA trainer sexually assaulted her, according to a court case filed Monday in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
The package, first reported by TMZ, claimed that Walton fell and forced the reporter, Kelli Tennant, in a Santa Monica hotel on an unspecified date.

H e was named the new coach in Kings on April 14th. Walton could not be reached through the kings on Monday night, but the team said it was aware of the charges.
"We are aware of the report and gather additional information. We have no further comments at this time, the team said in statement Monday night.
Lakers said the alleged event occurred before Walton was the team's coach.

The document claimed that Walton continued to "taunt" and touched Tennant uncomfortably after the alleged event in the hotel room.
The package was submitted Monday but there is no indication of whether it has yet been served. It does not indicate damage.
"Through this trial, Mrs Tennant talks and says #timesup to the culture of addiction women in the NBA shown" by Walton, the suit says.
Tennant's lawyers did not respond to a request for comment Monday.
