It feels like we’re getting a new rumor of living evil or leaking every other day right now. This time around the website Biohazard Cast claims that the eighth installment of Capcom’s classic franchise will be called Resident Evil 8: Village and will be released on both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 as a cross-gene title in early 2021. However, Coronavirus could affect the timing of launch.
The site goes on to claim that a witch will hunt and pursue the player, similar to that of Mr X and Nemesis, with the enemy turning into insects when defeated. Chris Redfield also plays an important role in the experience with yet another design under his belt, while flashbacks probably tell of a horrible and dubious past with the protagonist Ethan. The game will be organized in Europe and will either play a Resident Evil 4 storage system or follow what Resident Evil 7: Biohazard implemented. Capcom is testing both systems and does not appear to have reached a decision yet.
As always, we recommend that you take these rumors with a large grain of salt. We do the exact same thing, but think it̵
