Razer has announced the launch of Razer Basilisk Ultimate and Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed. Both join the ever-expanding Razer mouse family.
Both peripherals are based on Razer HyperSpeed technology, a wireless technology that offers 25% faster speeds than other wireless gaming technologies. [1
It also includes an improved version of Adaptive Frequency Hopping technology, which guarantees a delay-free wireless connection, constantly scans the frequencies of the channels for interference and changes them in real time if conflicts are detected.
The new Razer Basilisk Ultimate is equipped with the same optical sensor, Focus + 20K DPI, as the Razer Viper Ultimate. The mouse is also equipped with new intelligent technologies such as Smart Tracking, Asymmetric Cut-Off and Motion Sync and with optical switches, which do not require physical contact to transmit electrical signals to the computer.
This mouse comes in packages with the Razer Mouse Dock, which can indicate either the discharge level of the device or the degree of battery charge. Players can also use the mouse in wired mode.

The new Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed uses Razer ™ HyperSpeed Wireless technology for best wireless performance and features the same 5G optical sensor with 16,000 DPI as the popular Razer DeathAdder Elite.
Basilisk X HyperSpeed Mouse can be connected either with Razer ™ HyperSpeed Wireless technology or Bluetooth technology . Users can choose Bluetooth connectivity for up to 450 hours of operation, the longest time for a wireless gaming mouse available on the market today.
