Jessica has to go under the knife to get another three surgeries to complete her transition.

It has been a costly transition with a breast enlargement of 25,000 pounds as well as injections into her hips, knees and feet during a five-day period in Brazil for 35,000 pounds.

In addition, the blonde bombshell has got her Adam’s apple and six-pack removed, facial feminization surgery and a dose of female hormones.

Jessica said: “I still need two or three surgeries to complete the transition. Then I swear for good, I’m done with plastic surgery. There’s only so much you can take.

“Every time I go to surgery it’s scary, it’s to be the person I am. I have to go through all that.”

It was a sex photography that revived her desire to become a woman.

After returning home, Jessica began secretly dressing her cross dress as she kept all of her underwear off.

“I struggled with the fact that I’ve always been a woman in myself,” she said.

“I was wearing my underwear, I began to secretly dress cross-dressing and cross the dress secretly no one knew it made me feel right.”

Although she has a supportive family, she has lost friends after her transition.

She said: “My friends, I assumed were very good friends, they are no longer friends.

“Many of my friends cannot relate to the new self that I respect. I don’t think anyone will be my friend.”
