Bring on the koalas!

Tuesday found Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry taking a trip to Taronga Zoo in Sydney , where they met a few new furry friends.

That included Ruby, a mother Koala who gave birth to Koala Joeys Meghan and Harry, named after the royals.

The couple arrived in Australia on Monday, and officially opened the new Taronga Institute of Science and Learning while at the zoo, a scheduled stop on the first day of their 16-day tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga.

And with Meghan's pregnancy is no longer a secret, gone are the duchess's recent billowing dresses.

The royal stepped out in Sydney Tuesday morning in a fitted white sheath dress by Australian designer Karen Gee "Blessed" dress).

According to the RoyalWatcherBlog.com there was also a sweet nod to Princess Diana on Day 1 of the trip, with Meghan wearing gold butterfly earrings that were lookalikes to a pair Harry's mother once wore.

Tuesday found the parents-to-be in high spirits. The couple began the day at Admiralty House, the official Sydney residence of the Governor-General of Australia, Sir Peter Cosgrove, who gifted Meghan with a stuffed kangaroo joey and baby Ugg boots, the latter seeming to delight Prince Harry.

" This is our first baby gift! " exclaimed the duchess.

If their tour follows the pattern of the 2014 Down Under tour of Prince William, Duchess Kate of Cambridge and then-9-month-old Prince George, they're likely to return to London with a planeload of baby gifts from royal fans and well-wishers.
