James Shaw Jr. Nashville coach Peter Laviolette met before game 2 Sunday evening at the Predator West Conference Semifinal with Winnipeg and he got his own personal shirt.
The Predators recognized several of the first respondents from the fatal shot a week ago in Nashville.

Police have credited 29-year-old Shaw to ward off more bloodshed after a gunman opened fire outside the waffle house and then stormed the restaurant. Four people were killed and four others, including Shaw, were wounded.  Shaw has also raised more than $ 200,000 for the victims.
