You can use the service from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00. To order a call, fill out the registration form on PKO BP’s website. The bank then sends a link to test the connection to the e-mail address specified in the registration. If everything goes according to plan, the bank will send an SMS and e-mail with a link to start a video call 3 minutes before the scheduled video call.

The connection to PKO BP Bank’s adviser takes place via computer, laptop or smartphone. All browsers can be used, although it is recommended Google Chrome.

Of course, a camera, microphone and speakers are required for the conversation. If the user uses a telephone, he can also connect via Google Meet app.

Of course, the conversation is completely secure – PKO BP took care of the encryption. The SSL certificates for PKO Bank Polski and Google Meet provide security. The use of HTTPS also provides confidence.
