NVIDIA is expected to release another Turing hammer on AMD with the ongoing release of the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, and since this morning's news, AMD dropped dropwise the price of its Radeon RX Vega 56 to $ 279 to come before the GTX 1660 Ti.
Our friends at @Newegg had a killer deal for Radeon RX Vega 56 of $ 279.99 ($ 249.99 after MIR) just before today. As you can imagine, it was sold quickly. 😉 This type of offer – especially with the raise belt – goes very fast!

Yes, it is not so. Excited press was a little excited about the prize because it was seen in a way that AMD released the price of RX Vega 56 to $ 279, but it was Newegg, however, who had a "killer deal" for Radeon RX Vega 56. Newegg temporarily dropped the price of Radeon RX Vega 56 to $ 279, and just $ 279 after a deposit discount. It sold out incredibly fast.
I checked Amazon at the time of writing and Radeon RX Vega 56 can be found from $ 400 to $ 500, a much higher price than the tantalizing ability to secure the card for just $ 250 after MIR.
Still, none of that will mean when the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti is here – and it's not far away at all.
