Coronavirus: Moscow, possible mass vaccine 2021 – Last Hour

(ANSA) – MOSCOW, JULY 16 – Russia was able to vaccinate its entire population against coronavirus early next year, said Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian direct investment fund, taken over by the Interfax agency. “We will produce 30 million vaccine doses in Russia, or 50 million if needed, which means that Russia can have full vaccinations early next year. We expect to produce about 200 million vaccine doses worldwide before the end of this year.” Yesterday The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the potential vaccine against Covid-19 that Russia is experiencing appears “safe” after the first clinical trials and that the volunteers on whom it has been tested have developed an immune response. Dmitriev said a third phase of clinical trials should begin in early August. (MANAGE)
