] A scene in the episode shows Bronn "enjoying the attitudes" of three women. One of them talks about how a Lannister soldier with ginger hair named "Eddie" met his fate in the battle when Daenery's broke the lannister soldiers with his dragons.
"That boy Eddie came back with his face burned off, no eyelids now," said one of the women, Polygon said.
Sheeran performed in the premiere's Season 7 Game of Thrones, but that was the only episode he was in. He made his way to the Game of Thrones thanks in part to Arya Stark's actress Maisie Williams's "Song of You" singer's love.
The Sheer's appearance on Throne's games was met with some debate and controversy. The episode's director defended the Sheer's appearance in the episode and praised him as an actor.
Sheeran himself told BuzzFeed that he thought his character was just "chillin" after the fight. "It was fun to be in the Thrones Game, but I definitely think they should have killed me in the episode. I think it would probably have been the redemption for people who didn't like it, "he said. So it turns out the fans got what they wanted in one way.
Sheeran wasn't the first musician to have a cameo game of thrones. Victory Ros, the drummer from Coldplay and the members of the metal band Mastodon have all been on the show before.
