Radio host Christopher Hahn predicted on Wednesday that President Trump will eventually impeach and he urged House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., To schedule a chair meeting on the issue. Chief Charles Schumer, DN.Y., told "The Ingraham Angle" that he is awaiting a potential U.S. Senate trial in which Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts would oversee the proceedings.
He dismissed Republicans' criticism of the impeachment investigation process, telling host Laura Ingraham that there is nothing unpleasant about what is happening in Congress.
BIDEN, FOR THE FIRST TIME, RINGS FOR TRUMP TO BE CONDUCTED
"This is basically the grand jury's part of this investigation and in grand juries, the defendant must not hear the witnesses Trump would be the defendant in this case.
"He will have the opportunity when there is a trial in the Senate, and believe me, it will be a trial in the Senate and he will be prosecuted."
Hahn , a former Democratic political operative in Long Island suburbs in New York City, said allegations of Trump and GOP irregularities are a "talking point" that Pelosi can make power.
"I" "I'm all for having a vote. Let's get rid of this stupid talking point. Let's do it right now," he said.
He urged Congress to stop any future vacation periods until the impeachment process against Trump is complete. [1
If the House had a successful presidential meeting to hire Trump, the Senate would hold a trial on whether to remove him. Former President Richard Nixon resigned before Congress could impeach him, ex-President Bill Clinton impeached in 1998 by the Republican-controlled House, but acquitted by the Senate. Former President Andrew Johnson's Senate procedure in 1868, overseen by then Supreme Court Supreme Court Salmon Chase, was eventually rejected.
On "The Ingraham Angle," Hahn pointed to a Fox News Poll showing record support for impeachment.
"The figures have been moving a lot in just a week," he said, accusing Trump of, "us [ing] his office urging a foreign government to interfere in this election."
