First look at Apple's Stereo AR experience in "StarTester mode" [Video]

As Apple continues its work on its Stereo AR apps and headsets, we learn more about what to expect from the upcoming release. Now, a developer has been able to test the Apple headset test mode named “StarTester” for our closest look at Stereo AR.

After the iPhone 11 event, Apple strangely released its Stereo AR framework, StarBoard, in the code of its iOS 13 GM and iOS 13.1 beta versions. The code included a readme file for using Stereo AR with an iPhone when Apple's headset is unavailable and more.

Now the developer xSnow on Twitter has managed to get into the test mode for Apple's headset called StarTester or (StarBoard Test mode) and shared a few videos on how it looks.

He first opened the test mode on an iPhone X, then he could have it run on the iPhone XS and noticed that it goes much smoother and without the artifacts
