ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" included a dramatic hit, "Saturday Night Fever," and a surprising finish.

We've seen dancers wiping out on "Dancing With the Stars." But Carrie Ann Inaba's tumble off the judge's table on Monday was the first time this season that a referee has dropped from the desk.

The ever graceful Inaba, a host of CBS "The Talk" and an original Fly Girl from the 90's sketch shows "In Living Color", laughed the bizarre incident. It began when host Tom Bergeron pointed out a misplaced broom sale from contestant Kate Flannery & # 39; s "Mary Poppins" routine on the floor in front of Inaba's desk.

The broom movement frightened Inaba, who was trying to sit down on her wheelchair that had other ideas.

Inaba followed the moving chair with a slow motion fall to the floor in her glowing green Disney Night dress. One thing about Inaba, she never stopped smiling, even when her chair shot out to the audience's first row.

"It was a slip!" Inaba said laughing afterwards.

"I knew those chairs would be trouble," Bergeron said, adding that they might need last week's visiting judge Leah Remini to return to fill in.

"I hope Carrie Ann has a good insurance policy," Sa Flannery later.

This is not Inaba's first judge to tumble, which this Memorable event from Season 8. proves to be fair, she stands up a lot and becomes very passionate about her judgments.
