Most of the actors involved in the still untitled Avengers 4 movie do their best to keep details of what happens next during the wraps. And with jerky cutters at the end of Infinity War who can blame them. There is, however, a super hero that does not play according to the rules and makes a point to share different parts of Intel about the high-end movie. That person is none other than Chris Evans, who claims that Captain Americas last filmed line in Avengers 4 certainly did not measure to be as epic as he wanted. In fact, he believes the line is just "stupid".
During an interview at ACE Comic Con, reported by Comicbook.com, Evans acknowledged that his last moments like Captain America fell a little short from how he thought everything was playing. Especially when it came to his last line in the franchise, he could not help confirming his disappointment. "It was something really stupid, it was something really stupid. As I probably can not give away," Evans retade. Of course, the actor did not seem to give much more information about it away, but he also mentioned that this unpleasant scene also involved Paul Rudd's Ant-Man character.
"Well, you know, there were reshoots, so you" do these little picks and pops, and they're just little things they need, "Evans added, reminding his last day of the show." It could have been a line to Paul Rudd, he was not there, but it was a stupid line. The line was not memorable to me [laughs]. The day was more memorable than the line. "
The good news about this additional explanation is that this probably" dumb "line of Evans read during his last taping might not be the last line he says in the movie, because it was on the verge that this happened. It may be again, but it's a shame that Evan's final day in his way did not match what he wanted. Given all the hours he is logged as one of the earth's patrons, it feels fitting that his last sequence was somewhat iconic and unforgettable. But unfortunately, even Captain America does not always get a hero's end in every way they want.
It's strange to even think of good ole Cap to say something that can qualify as "stupid" ever, but for now we just have to take Evan's words for it. (It may turn out to be something hilarious like "Can you tell me where the bathroom is?" or "What's Snapchat?") 1
Fortunately, there was not enough sour taste in his mouth about the experience as a whole. On October 4th Evans tweeted what felt like a farewell message to his screen sign in a cordial message:
"Official Imprint of Avengers 4 . It was an emotional Day at least said. To play this role for the last 8 years has been a glory. For everyone in front of the camera, behind the camera and in the audience, thanks for the memories! Eternally grateful. "
Suffice To say, it's necessary to be some memorable moments in Captain America's Future, as the remaining avengers try to regret all the harm Thanos has just done for the universe (not to mention future Marvel franchises). Whether Cap makes this living alive yet (especially considering the unfortunate farewell), but let's hope if the ugly reaper will call, he has a cut-off line that meets both his real life counterpart and viewer equal.
