Boston Red Sox pounded Baltimore Orioles on Saturday, so much you already know (probably).
But what you may not know about Sox's 17-6 victory at Camden Yards is that it was historic for a player.
As Michael Chavis had resigned from the game (although his injury is not expected to be serious), helmet Brock Holt had to play the whole infield. During the victory, Holt ended playing first, second and shortstop, and it's actually historic.
Check out here.
Holt has proven Red Sox fans for some time now just how valuable he is and his contribution defensively Saturday feels like a microcosm of his service in Boston as whole.
