The newborn son of the British "ISIS bride" Shamima Begum has died in Syria according to new reports.
The 19-year-old seven-week-old baby Jarrah had a lung infection and died Thursday,
Begum, who fled to London to join the terrorist group in 2015, has tried to return to the UK, but was recently removed for his citizenship .
The child, however, retained his citizenship and could have been allowed in the UK.
"I have nothing but sympathy for the children who have been involved in this. This is a reminder of why it is so, so dangerous that someone is in this war zone," said Britain's home secretary Sajid Javid to the BBC on news
Begum had already lost two other children and named Jarrah after his first-born son at the request of her terrorist husband Yago Riedijk, whom she married in 201
Begum had said she wanted to return home for her son's skull.
"I'm not the same stupid little 15-year-old schoolchildren who ran away from Bethnal Green four years ago. And I don't regret coming here, "she told earlier in the UK Times.
Begum lived in the same refugee camp as the American-born" ISIS bride "Hoda Muthana – although Alabama's lawyer said she had recently moved to a new camp due to "threats from ISIS extremists."
Muthana, who has an infant's son, has asked to be allowed back to the US, but the Trump administration claims she was never a citizen.
