Bollywodo news circles got another devastating blow yesterday when news of Saroj Khan’s passing shook the nation. The 71-year-old legendary choreographer died of cardiac arrest. Saroji’s daughter, Sukaina, opened up to her mother’s desire for Bollywood even at her age, told ETimes in an interview, “She went into TV very soon. And I think Bollywood started to accept the fact that she liked TV more than Bollywood, while Bollywood was in her blood. 7;s daughter highlighted how she still got a job and added: “She got offers to work, but at the same time because of her age and health she wanted to take a place. But still, she did a couple of jobs. She had actresses who learned, including Alizeh Agnihotri, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Saiee Manjrekar – all these girls trained under her. Sukaina revealed who everyone from the film industry. “Everyone was in contact. Madhuri wife (Madhuri Dixit), Subhash ji (Subhash Ghai), Jackie ji (Jackie Shroff), Govinda sir, everyone kept calling her and calling me too. They would ask me about her health and how she When they heard the news, they were all shocked as we were. Earlier, Madhuri Dixit had also shared a heartfelt tribute to Sarojji, with whom she collaborated on many iconic dance numbers and considers a mentor. She took her official Twitter grip and wrote: “I am devastated by the loss of my friend and guru, Saroj Khan. Will always be grateful for his work in helping me reach my full potential in dance.
