Actress Heather Locklear was arrested February 25, 2018.

(CNN) – One day after Heather Locklear's arrest, the authorities responded to a medical interview in his home in Oaks, California, according to Ventura County Sheriff Sgt. Eric Buschow.

On Monday afternoon a patient was transported to the hospital, but Bushchow refused to name the person. Buschow said the call was medical and no crime was committed.

Locklear was arrested on Sunday for two misconductive batteries on emergency workers, two months after she allegedly did not blame for a peacekeeper's battery in a separate incident.

The Sheriff's deputies responded to two separate calls to Locklear's home Sunday. The first call occurred at 6 o'clock local time for interference. Deputies decided that no crime had been committed, according to Buschow.

The second call came around at 11.00 local time. Buschow told CNN that deputies arrived to find a domestic disorder involving Locklear and another party. According to Buschow, Locklear kicked one of the deputies in the leg while investigating the situation.

Buschow described Locklear as "extremely drunk and very inconsistent" because she was handcuffed and put in storage. He added that because of her intoxicated condition Locklear would be medically checked before going to prison. According to Buschow, Locklear kicked one of the medications in the chest under control.

After being evaluated at a nearby hospital, Locklear was sent to prison and booked. Her sponsorship was set at $ 20,000.

Locklear representatives, most famous for their decades of work in television shows such as Melrose Place, Spin City, and Dynasty did not respond to CNN's request for comments on her arrest.

In April, Locklear was not guilty of four misconductive batteries on a peacekeeper and a bill to resist, impede or delay a peacekeeper after she was arrested following a secret violence call in her home in February.
