On Vienna-Hütteldorf station, a ten-year-old boy from Syria was taken invisibly in a holding set of the Westbahn train on Sunday morning and drove up to Linz. Amin had traveled with his father, who suddenly couldn't find his son anymore. Only when he later turned to the police with the child's mother could it be clarified.
Because the boy talked – possibly because of the language barriers – neither with the train crew nor with the police patrol at Linz train station. He also had no documents with him. Since his identity could not be clarified first, he was from the platform first at the police station at Linzer Hauptbahnhof and – since there was no Abgängigkeitsanzeige – the order was taken for the youth care at the University Hospital
Report from Vienna that the parents of 10- year-old has reported to the police. A little later – at 3.35 pm – the young slot was handed over to his father again.
