The Premiere of Becca Kufrin's Season The Bachelorette is just a few hours away – Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham will come in?
"Yes, I think we will" Burnham, 26, tells people. "I'm really curious to see how her guys are!"
Of course, earlier this year, the trio was in the epicenter for the latest (and most controversial) season . Less than two months after suggesting that Kufrin, 28, Luyendyk Jr., 36, realized that he was still in love with his runner, Burnham. He finally decided to break things with Kufrin to run a relationship with Burnham – and suggested her on live tv for two hours After Final Rose special on March 6th.
Since then I've all gone on. Kufrin is engaged again, this time to one of her participants Bachelorette and Luyendyk Jr. and Burnham recently announced that they will tie the knot at the beginning of next year.
"We wish her luck," Luyendyk Jr. tells of his engaged PEOPLE. "We are very excited to see how her trip evolves. I know that we announce our wedding very close to the premiere, but I think we would do it now because we did not want our announcement to happen during her season, of respect for her. I know she is happily engaged and we are very happy with her. "
And the feeling is mutual: During a press conference call to promote her season of the week, Kufrin told reporters that she really" wishes them nothing but joy. " RELATED: Becca Kufrin about how she entrusted Arie Luyendyk Jr. "He had to follow his heart"
As for Luyendyk Jr. and burnham? They do better than ever when they enter into the planning of their Hawaiian grooms, held at Haiku Mill in Maui on January 12, 2019. The couple actually stumbled across the stadium while Burnham made the big flight to her engaged hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona.
"We drove across the country, and during the run we saw different places online," says Luyendyk Jr. "This just kept jumping out on us. It was something we both thought was so beautiful. And it's not your typical Hawaii wedding – if you look at the arena it's very old-fashioned and looks very European like a tropical twist. is just what we showed as an ideal wedding environment. We continued to think of different options and Haiku Mill just continued to come up so we got a date there and we are very excited. "
Now that the place is booked, Burnham that she looks forward to the next step-from the dress-shopping, which she had to do at Kleinfeld's in New York City on Thursday.
"When we got engaged, I was like:" I want to run away just you and me and marry me. I do not care about the planning, I do not care about such a thing, "she says. "So for me, this is a whole new experience and it has been a lot of fun so far. Now that I know the venue, I know what look I want to go for, but I think it can change when I start dressing. Who knows! "

One thing that's safe? The wedding will not be tv.
"It was on the table, but I think we would just make it a private wedding," says Luyendyk Jr. "We've been through a lot this year and we'd rather have it privately between our friends and family. And the place is quite small, it only holds 100 people, so that's something we think might be great – have an intimate wedding."
And we can definitely expect some of Burnham's comrades Bachelor contestants from Luyendyk Jr.'s season to be invited.
"It's strange for people who have not been in that situation to really understand it, but it's not hard for me if they were not at the end," she says. "I do not think it's inconvenient, at all."
