Reports have shown that Apple removes any apps. Technical insiders believe that the move will occur after some apps claim to have sent site data to third parties.
An email has been circulated on the internet sent from Apple Resolution Center. The message says that the technology company reviewed an unknown developer's app and that the app did not comply with the App Store Review guidelines. The rules that the developer failed to follow are sections 5.1
Fine Legal Printing
Section 5.1.2 speaks of data usage and sharing. Developers are prohibited from transmitting data to third parties that are not related to improving the app. Content creators may not use personal data unless developers get their permission and tell them how to use them.
Potential for redemption
The dissolution center allowed developers to return to the App Store. Developers must remove all that relates to site sharing with third parties. Once deleted, they can resend the app to Apple. If the technology company approves the app again, it will be able to return to the App Store.
