"Jeopardy!" contestant James Holzhauer shows no signs of slowing down.
The 34-year-old won Monday's episode of "Jeopardy!" with a total of $ 89,229, making it their 23rd straight victory. Holzhauer's total profits have now accumulated to $ 1,780,237, the New York Post reports.
Since he started competing on the game program in early April, Holzhauer has split several records. The Las Vegas professional sports player surpassed $ 1 million in the shortest time ever last month and, above all, he broke the show's record for a one-day cash win on April 9.

Before joining Holzhauer, a day's record of Roger Craig was held on September 19, 2010, when he took home $ 77,000 in a single game.
What was even more exciting was that Holzhauer's first record price, $ 110,914, held a particular numerical significance – it's his daughter's birthday. She was born November 9, 2014 (11/09/14).

"I always said I wanted to break Roger Craig's one-game record and I did," Holzhauer said.
